A two-room flat on the second floor without lift of a period building located in the heart of the historical centre. Strategically located, the flat overlooks the city's main square, piazza Santo Oronzo and the amphitheatre, and exactly opposite the famous statue of Santo Oronzo from which the flat takes its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps. The flat has typical star vaulted ceilings (5.30m). The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and electrical appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso machine with pods, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the first room there is a loft with two single beds. The flat is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy line and air conditioning in the sleeping area. The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and the loft with a portable fan. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
