An additional change of linen is possible for an extra charge (10,-- €) and upon reservation. launderette: - There is a launderette on each of the three apartment house floors, equipped with two washing machines and two dryers. The prices are 3,00 € for washing and 2,00 € for drying your laundry. Access to the launderette on your floor is available with your room chip. Fitness room: - The fitness room on the fifth floor is equipped with Lau(hidden)and, crosstrainer, weight station, wall bars as well as two Smart-TV's and is available to all our guests 24 hours a day free of charge. Access to the fitness room is available with your room chip. Parking: - On request we will be happy to reserve your own parking space in the underground car park (entrance Ehrenbreitsteinerstrasse 44) or an outside parking space in the inner courtyard. Price: 6,-- € per day. The two elevators take you directly from the underground car park to your room floor. You will get access to the underground car park with your room chip. Personal entrance: - Check-in personally in the house (subject to availability) or via electronic key-issuing machines 24 hours a day. - Secure, keyless door system in the entire house with individualized access to: main entrance, floor, rooms, laundry, fitness room, garbage room, underground parking if necessary, etc. - Personalized doorbell for each apartment. The rent includes the basic rent, cleaning and laundry costs, internet and satellite TV fee, use of the gym and all additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and GEZ. For stays of three months or more, we charge a flat fee for the final cleaning of 100,-- € incl. VAT. The billing is monthly. The first 30 nights are required as advance payment.
