Hello Sir, Madam, I have a beautiful room for rent fully furnished with a balcony on the garden side! The rent out starts with a 3-month contract with a possible rental extension if the house-sharing is successful (usually the case) with a max of 6 months. All will be described in a rental contract as well as the address registration possibility at the Municipality of Amsterdam. The house is located in a culturally diverse neighbourhood that brings a great variety of shops and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Sloterpark with, among other things, a water sports centre in Slotervaart in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. There are 2 shopping areas nearby, the first is a 5-minute walk away and the other is a 10-minute walk to the Sierplein with a nice market every Wednesday. Public transport stops almost at the door, the metro is a 5-minute walk away with which you can quickly reach the centre of Amsterdam. The kitchen with a gas stove and, bathroom with a washing machine/bath/shower and toilet are shared. Other optional costs are monthly for use of the furniture, linen in the room and items in the shared areas such as the washing machine, water tax and pollution unit tax! The tenant will get a kitchen cupboard, a shared refrigerator with a freezer compartment, pans and pots, plates, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen. There is a water consumption price of 25 euros per month where you can shower every day for a maximum of 10 minutes per day.
