My name is Berglind and am working as a professor in educational studies. I have myself lived abroad, both in New York state and in Cambridge UK and know how important it is to feel at home in a foreign country. I grew up in the north of rural Iceland but have been living in Reykjavík most of my adult life. Everyday I go to the swimming pool that is located across the street where I live, and have my swimming and relaxation. To live downtown makes it easy for me to enjoy the cultural activities in the city and transport mainly by walking or biking.
