Our accommodations combine the concept of autonomy and privacy (no schedules, all student levels are welcome, multifunctional rooms) with the use of common areas and green areas open to community life. We are in a medieval walkway, “Adarve de Cortes”, placed in the center of the town of Murcia. It takes just 1 minute to walk to the Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía, 5 minutes to the Cathedral and 7 minutes to La Merced University of Murcia Campus (UM). Public transportation (bus and tram) can be picked up close by to go to Espinardo University of Murcia Complex (UM), or San Antonio Catholic University (UCAM). It is also possible to use public bicycles for which bikelanes can be used. Thus, our magnificent location will allow you to enjoy the advantages of living in the center of Murcia, having a wide offer of services available: supermarkets, libraries, gyms, shops, cafes, etc., with the facility of transportation.
