Therefore all rooms/houses have at least the following included: -Proper insurance -Fire alarm system -1000MB broadband internet / WIFI (student houses only) -Most rooms are painted recently -All rooms have at least: bed, closet, table, chair (student houses only) -Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, other cleaning supplies.
