The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender and more. The studio has both heating and is well isolated with double glazing. Free internet, TV and laundry facilities are all available for free in the building. Each user has a time slot for using the laundry facilities, several times a week. There is no cleaning service included, so cleaning and maintenance of the studio has to be taken care of by you. The studio is located in Ixelles, near the European quarter, in a calm, safe and prosperous neighborhood. Also this part of Ixelles is a neigbourhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square.
