You can spend cozy evenings together at the dining table. In your modern bathroom, you can take a refreshing shower. Should you run out of clean laundry, then a washing machine is available for you free of charge. Amenities such as a hairdryer, an iron, and a clothes horse are also available in the apartment. The elevator takes you comfortably to the desired floor. Thanks to the excellent connection to the subway, you can reach the Schönbrunn Palace within 22 minutes. St. Stephen's Cathedral and Vienna's city center can be reached by public transport within 27 minutes. The apartment house has 6 in-house parking spaces, which can be booked depending on availability. The price is 300€/month. The price is valid for two people. For each additional person, we charge 225€/month.
