Non c'è conguaglio a fine anno, il prezzo è fisso con le utenze incluse ad eccezione del gas ! c'e possibilità di avere ARIA CONDIZIONATA IN CAMERA, pagando un extra per la corrente che consuma l'aria condizionata...
