With a floor space of 110 m2 this privately owned apartment is suitable for 3 persons. Room THREE is our biggest private bedroom with a standard French bed (140x200). Total of 39 m2 of which 17 m2 for the bedroom plus working desk with adjustable office chair and large wardrobe. The apartment is located on the second and third floor. The apartment has its own front door, a small landing on the 1st floor with a large cupboard and shoe cupboard. Here you can leave your shoes and hang wet coats. The staircase leads into the hallway on the 2nd floor and in the scullery you find the ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. A seperate toilet can be found on the 2nd floor. Besides a quiet living room (15.4 m2) with laying/lounge sofa you can stay comfortable in the dining room (19.2 m2) with dining table for six. The kitchen (8.2 m2) connects the living room with the dining room, is fully furnished and equipped with every luxury and practical items.From the dining room you look through a large window to the French balcony and the courtyard of the complex.The 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are nicely furnished. The shared bathroom has a shower, sink and offers a washingmachine and dryer. The second seperate toilet is located on the 3rd floor. With the apartment comes a shared private storage shed for bikes. Interested? Please keep in mind that we only rent the apartment fully furnished. You should only bring your clothes, some personal things and toothbrush. The apartment is more than complete; you really do not need to bring any furniture or change anything in the apartment. We will take care of everything for you. The apartment has private access and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is no elevator available. We assume that you treat our apartment as you would treat your own home, with respect for the house, the furniture, the equipment and the residents of the complex.
