Looking for a female tenant (no smoking, only woman!) on newly furnished room on the first floor of a living unit only for 3 persons. The room is part of a newly built, 2018 house (with separate staircase and entrance to first floor). The house is very near to the public transportation (Station “Aspern Nord” U2, S-Bahn, Bus 95A). Room details: 10m2, first floor (no elevator), 1 window, 1 comfortable bed, 1 desk with chair and 1 wardrobe. Common Areas (only for 3 persons) details: first floor, kitchen with cooking equipment, lobby and bathroom & WC and washing machine (for protecting the enviroment and energy efficiently laundry washing: a small extra cost each laundry (for example, 1-2 Euro for each laundry normal mix colour clothes). Two young female tenants live in this living unit. (Please notice: - We are doing our garden / outdoor area, therefore the outdoor area is a construction area. - Even our area is very safe and quiet, we have some cameras (video and sound recording) at the house outside entrance and at house inside (entrance hall on the ground floor) and at the garden area. Transportation details: about 10 minutes walk from our house or 3 minutes by Bus 95A to the Subway station (U2) and S-Bahn & ÖBB station (S80, REX and R). The bus stop (95A) is about 3 minutes walk away from our house. You have free parking without parking fee on the street in front or nearby of our house. Stock Süd: Küche mit Essplatz, Induktionskochherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Besteck, Vorraum, Badezimmer + WC & Waschmaschine (Um die Wäsche energieeffizienter und umweltschonender zu waschen, kostet pro normal Waschgang einen extra Minibetrag pro Waschgang max. 8 Kilos Wäsche, z.B. 1-2 Euro) . Lage: Das Haus liegt 10 Gehminuten oder 3 Minutes Bus-Fahrzeit (95A) von der UBahn-Station (U2)- und S-Bahn-Station (S80) “Aspern Nord”. Die 95A-Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus. Mit der U2 "Aspern Nord" zum: Praterstern: ca. 17 Min., Stadtzentrum Stephansplatz: ca. 29 Min., Krieau (WU): ca. 17 Min., Karlsplatz (TU-Wien): ca. 28 Min, . Schottentor (Uni-Wien): ca. 20 Min., veterinärmedizinische Universität Wien: ca. 28 Min. Mit der S-Bahn: ca. 22 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, ca. 18 Minuten zu Wien Mitte Landstraße Hauptstraße.
