Pastrengo 11 B is a cozy 45 square meter two-room apartment located on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator in the heart of Milan. The elevator is accessible only after you have collected the set of keys to the apartment, which is located on the floor of the apartment. We invite you to take this provision into account when booking, especially if you have mobility difficulties. The apartment consists of a bright and tastefully furnished bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed. For those traveling in three, a practical additional single bed is also available. The living room is a versatile space where you can relax after a day spent exploring the city or completing work commitments. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, perfect for preparing energy breakfasts or dinners independently. The bathroom, functional and well organized, completes the equipment of the apartment, offering everything you need for your comfort. Pastrengo 11 B is equipped with all the essential services to ensure a carefree stay: the free WiFi connection will always keep you connected, the washing machine will allow you to manage your wardrobe even during extended stays, while the heating system ensures ideal temperatures in every season. For moments of relaxation, you can enjoy favorite programs and movies thanks to the television in the apartment. The non-smoking policy also guarantees a healthy and fresh environment for all guests. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
