Welcome to our house in a quiet, green surrounding! As we (my daughter and me) have two rooms not used anymore in our beautiful cosy house we rent them out to females. The location is very safe and quiet, very green, ideal for sport, or resting in the garden – however it takes you only a couple of minutes to the universities as we have a direct connection (underground U2) to the city centre, 3 minutes to the station. Distances: Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien 20 min., university of Vienna 30 min. The room(22m2) is very bright and fully furnished with linens and towels. The bed is very comfortable and if a friend comes to visit you the sofa can be used as a bed. The room has a fully equipped mini kitchen (microwave, large fridge), however you can use the normal kitchen too. Max. four women are living in the house. There are three cats living here too - in case you are allergic to cats. Though in green surrounding it takes you only couple of minutes to the universities as we have direct connection (underground U2) to the city centre, 3 minutes to station. As the room and the area is very quiet the room is perfectly suitable for concentrated working. One lady has already finished her master thesis here ;-) There is a full size desk for studying with desk light for studying, however there is enough daylight as the room has two windows. High speed internet is provided and included in rent. Shared spaces: Kitchen, 2 bathrooms (bath, shower), garden, terrace, laundry room, storage can be provided. Parking possibilities infront of the house however you need a parking sticker from City of Vienna for 10,- a month (as everywhere in The room is available for girls/ladies only - and we also have cats living here ;-) The deposit is € 300,- and must be paid directly to the landlord when moving in. It will be refunded at the end of the contract after inspecting that there are no major damages in the room....
