The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona. This cozy 30m2 studio in the heart of Barcelona has a double bed, a comfortable kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. Ideal for couples or a single person, the studio is fully equipped and ready to move in. It is located on the first floor. The apartment is located in a very convenient area where you comfortably reach different supermarkets, fruit & vegetable stores, bars, shops, entertainment, and a variety of public transportation well connected to the rest of the center, the nearby mountain “Montjuic” and the beaches. The nearest metro stop is Paral-lel offering two lines: -L2 Purple line -L3 Green line. Additionally, you have plenty of bus lines, Bicing (city bikes), and also a funicular taking you up to Montjuic mountain – a near escape from the city noise to a lot of beautiful green parks, an amphitheater, medieval castle, museums, and plenty of recreation areas. Basically, you have proximity and easy access to all the best parts of Barcelona!
