This apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple, or a small family. The flat is on the first floor in a building with no elevator. The apartment is located in a very convenient area where you comfortably reach different supermarkets, fruit & vegetable stores, bars, shops, entertainment, and a variety of public transportation well connected to the rest of the center, the nearby mountain “Montjuic” and the beaches. The nearest metro stop is Paral-lel offering two lines: -L2 Purple line -L3 Green line. Additionally, you have plenty of bus lines, Bicing (city bikes), and also a funicular taking you up to Montjuic mountain – a near escape from the city noise to a lot of beautiful green parks, an amphitheater, medieval castle, museums, and plenty of recreation areas. Basically, you have proximity and easy access to all the best parts of Barcelona! RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
