The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and declare that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Beautiful and cozy apartment of 80m2 well distributed, perfect to share between 4 and up to 6 people, family or couples. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a medium bedroom and a big one, all of the rooms have double beds and are suitable for a single person or a couple. All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well as all of them have full wood doors and a private key (ideal for a shared apartment). The apartment has 2 equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is open and is equipped with a cooker, fridge, and oven. You can find a flat-screen TV in the living room, a sofa, a powerful air conditioning that distributes cold air and heat throughout the entire apartment. The property is located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, next to the Park of the Ciutadella and a 7-minute walk from the beach. .
