Si trova all'interno di un complesso molto elegante, circondato da un bellissimo parco all'interno del quale ci sono, a uso esclusivo dei condomini: n. 2 campi da tennis in terra rossa, una piscina di 25 mt con bagnino e un campo giochi attrezzato con scivoli , altalene ecc per i più piccoli. L'edificio e l'androne principale d'ingresso sono molto eleganti e lussuosi. C'è un custode tutti i giorni per l'intera trova inoltre a 300mt dalla fermata della metro Famagosta e a 800 mt dal NABA e Call IULM comodo anche per la Bocconi. - Check-in sono possibili dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9 alle 19. Sara' possibile effettuare il check-in dopo le 19, durante i weekend o durante festività' solamente se viene confermato da noi e pagando una extra-fee da accordare.
