Located at Robi street, the apartment is situated just in Gracia district, next to Diagonal Avenue, business center, and 15 minutes away from the heart of the city, Cataluña Square, that is the cultural and touristic center. SERVICES: - Maintenance service included - If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month. - Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month. - Deposite: 1000€ - Minimum stay: 1 month.
