Our apartment is well located in a beautiful neighbourhood in Schiedam. It's close to a shopping mall, local shops, supermarkets (including Dirk, Albert Hijn, Hema, etc), restaurants, and all public transports (from tram, bus, metro and train). Within 2 minutes walk you can reach the tram stops for number 21 and 24 (which go all the way to uni), while Schiedam Station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious. It has a nice, well-equipped kitchen and living room with amazing view in both sides. We have a cable TV, WiFi, and washing machine. You will share the apartment with two Brazilian girls: a young professional and a PhD student. The girls are very nice, easy going, fun to be around with and clean. For the bedroom itself, it's a part of living room (so it has the amazing view of Schiedam's lovely neighbourhood too!) but has been divided by a proper division. The size is (+/-) 13m2 and well-furnished (bed, shelves, study desk and chair, and clothes rack are provided). The monthly rent is €365. and with bills it would go up to around €420. For renting, I'm asking for a deposit of €365...
