It has a total of 6 rooms, an spacious hall, a big living room with sofa, TV, auxiliar tables, a big table with chairs and a little balcony.The kitchen is completely equipped. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron, vaccum cleaner and a clothes horse. There are 2 complete bathrooms one with shower and the other one with bathtub. This is big and exterior student room for two people. It has 2 single beds, 2 bed tables and 2 bed table lamps. There is a huge built in closet divided into two parts with hangers and 2 buckets for dirty clothes. On the working, area there are 2 desks and 2 chairs, 2 desk lamps, 2 paper baskets and 2 bulletin boards. The room has a big exterior window with clothes line. 💌 YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Up to €60/month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas). - High-Speed Fiber Optic WiFi - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Welcome pack with two sets of bed linen and two sets of towels. - Maintenance service - Initial welcome pack with cleaning and hygienic products. - 24-hour telephone service for emergencies - Access to our community, activities, and events - Coworking station under demand 💵 REQUIREMENTS: + 50€/month in case the room is rented by two people for rooms adapted for two people. + The admin fee of 250€ is per person. + Credit or debit card is a requirement. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
