ROOM: The room is around 12 square meters big and is endowd with bed, couch, table etc FLAT: The flat is 90 square meter big and very stylish and comfi and has everything you need to live well. The flat has in total three rooms. LOCATION: Sommergasse is a dream location for students or exchange students of the BOKO, FH Wien, Medical University of Vienna due to its convenient public transport connections and short distance. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Exellent infrastructure due 2 mintures working distance to the U6-Nussdorferstraße or U6/U4 Spittelau and all main tram lines. GROCERY STORES: The Supermarket Spar is 1 minute away and the discounter Hofer 5 minutes. GYM: There are two Gyms 2 blocks away which are called "Sportunion Döbling" and "Fit Fabrik Plus Döbling " that will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay. CLEAINING: Every week my cleaning lady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition. WASHING: There is a new Miele washing machine which requires 2.50€ per run. The money will be used for the cleaning lady. CHECK-IN, KEYS & DESPOSIT: When you check-in and have paid the deposit of 1.500€, you will be passed the keys. ME: I am looking for someone clean and responsible and will be working most of the time.
