Vanaf 1 augustus 2016 zijn er 7 kamers beschikbaar in ons nieuw gerenoveerd huis, gelegen in de Julianastraat 1 te Borgharen (Maastricht). Borgharen is een mooi en rustig dorp, in tegenstelling tot het stadcentrum, en is gelegen in een groene omgeving. Vlak bij de woning vindt je altijd voldoende en gratis parkeerruimte. Een eigen fietsenstalling is ter beschikking naast de woning. Het centrum/station van Maastricht bereik je, al fietsend, in vijftien minuten. Onderweg passeer je ondermeer een Aldi, Jumbo, Media Markt, enz. voor alle noodzakelijke aankopen. De bushalte (lijn 9) is op 200 meter van de woning en rijdt twee maal per uur naar de faculteiten in het centrum van Maastricht. De kamers hebben hoge plafonds met veel lichtinval via de grote ramen in dubbel glas. Elke kamer beschikt over een eigen wastafel (met koud alsook warm water) en spiegel. Alle kamers zijn nieuw geverfd en voorzien van nieuwe laminaat. De kamers zijn zowel gemeubeld alsook ongemeubeld beschikbaar. De vermelde prijzen hieronder, zijn inclusief alle kosten (water, gas, elektriciteit, Wi-Fi en sevicekosten). As from August 1, 2016 there are seven rooms available in our newly renovated house, located in the Julianastraat 1 at Borgharen (Maastricht). Borgharen is a nice and quiet village, in contradiction to the city center, and is located in a green environment. Near the house you will always find plenty of free parking. A private bicycle storage is available beside the house. In fifteen minutes you will reach the Maastricht city center/railstation by bike. En route you will pass the Aldi supermarket, Jumbo supermarket, Media Markt, etc. for all necessary purchases. The bus stop (line 9) is 200 meters from the house and runs twice an hour from and to the faculties in the center of Maastricht. The rooms have high ceilings with natural light through the double glazed big windows. Each room has its own wash basin (cold and hot water) with mirror. All rooms are newly painted and fitted with new laminate. The rooms are either completely furnished or unfurnished available. The prices mentioned below are inclusive of all charges (water, gas, electricity, wi-fi and sevice fees).
