Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate for my shared apartment room :) The room is 23 m2 and, thanks to its 5 windows, is nice and bright, even in winter. You’ll have a huge closet with more than enough storage space, a large bed with a mattress, a desk with a chair, a side table, and a small extra table, another chair, an old stove (which isn’t used anymore but is perfect for displaying decorations), and a large chest where you can stash your laundry or just use it for storage. :) The apartment includes a large, bright built-in kitchen with a stove, oven, two refrigerators, and a dishwasher—perfect for cooking and eating together. The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a shower and double sinks. In the basement, there’s a laundry room with a shared washing machine. The shared apartment is located in a semi-detached house in the Sand neighborhood—a quiet residential area right next to the Sand Computer Science Campus. There’s a playground next to the house, but it’s never too loud to study :). Otherwise, you’re right next to the forest, which is great for walks, as is the Ursulaweg on campus, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Tübingen and watch the sunset! The Sand Drosselweg and Amselweg bus stops are a maximum of 4 minutes away on foot. Bus lines 2 and 6 will take you to downtown and the supermarkets in 15 minutes. The Morgenstelle can be reached in 25 minutes. Even at night, you can always get home thanks to the night buses....
