The location is ideal both for those looking to unwind and for mountain lovers: it's just 10 minutes from the Masella ski resort and 13 minutes from La Molina, where you can enjoy a range of mountain activities in summer. Alp itself has a municipal swimming pool, tennis and padel courts, riverside walks, and cycling routes. A short drive away is the Cerdanya Aerodrome, where hot-air balloon rides depart from. The area is also a great base for exploring the wider Cerdanya valley: Puigcerdà is 10 minutes away, Fontanals Golf Club 5 minutes, and Llívia and the French border around 15 minutes by car, along with several horse-riding stables in the region offering trail rides. The home is fully furnished and move-in ready, spread across two floors: On the ground floor you'll find a spacious open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sofa and reclining armchair, parquet flooring, and exposed wooden beam ceilings that add warmth to the space. The living room opens directly onto a roughly 25 m2 terrace with plants and an outdoor dining table. This floor also has a full bathroom with a laundry area, and a multipurpose room — perfect as a kids' playroom, extra space for guests, or whatever best suits your family. Upstairs are the 3 exterior-facing bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: two doubles and one single. This floor also has a second full bathroom.
