The community is super international with quite a few families, we also have a playground in the inner court which makes it very friendly for families. Next to the building is a huge park (Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg), which is great for running and taking a walk. There is a very nice beer garden inside the Kleingartenanlage (collection of small gardens) and a very nice playground. Public transit is 3 mins away (tram), takes 20 min to get to Alexanderplatz. Supermarkets are 5 min away. Good parking around if you have a car....
