Our beloved apartment spans two floors with the entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 balcony and 1 bathroom on the lower floor (which can be reached by elevator) and another bedroom, another balcony and another bathroom (with a stunning view) on the top floor. The apartment is approximately 100 m2, its rooms are very spacious and bright. The balconies, the living room, the large bedroom upstairs and the bedroom downstairs are facing the South and a lovely courtyard, while the other rooms face the North and offer a superb view. There is a projector in the living room, so all's set for home cinema. In terms of bed space, the rooms offer the following: bedroom 1: adult bed for 2 + children's bed bedroom 2: adult bed for 2 Additionally, the couch in the living room can also be pulled out to be a bed sofa for 2 (180cm). The kitchen is fully equipped incl. various appliances (toaster, kettle, milk frother, soda stream, etc.) and an excellent coffee machine. The high quality washing machine is in the bathroom. Clothes dries very quickly, so there is no need for a dryer but there is one located in the building, in case that's of interest. The green courtyard is open to use for all residents and includes benches and 2 sandboxes. The apartment is in a calm residential area in 1120 close to Wilhelmsdorfer Park and many other smaller parks. The metro lines u4 and u6 as well bus and tram stops are close, so you have good connections in all directions by public transportation. Schönbrunn Park and the train station Meidling are in walking distance, and the connections to the city center but also to recreational areas such as Lainzer Tiergarten, Wiener Wald or Wiener Berg are very good and quick. Let us know if you'd like to borrow our bicycles, as the apartment is also in a good location to go downtown by bicycle. If you have your own car or plan to rent a car, there is enough parking space available in front of the house. Supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies and even a shopping street are within a few minutes walking...
