This comfortable home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms, with a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a landscaped garden. The Caliceo spa and leisure centre is a short drive away, and the Toulouse metro is easily accessible for exploring the Pink City. The Space: The Villa du Cedre is a renovated family house on a peaceful street in Montrabe, a leafy residential commune bordering Toulouse to the east. The property combines suburban tranquillity with easy access to the city. The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and a dining table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary cookware. Two bedrooms feature double beds and built-in wardrobes, while a third bedroom is fitted with two single beds. Two shower rooms, each with a shower, WC and basin, ensure comfortable sharing. Bed linen and towels are provided. Essentials for your first night such as soap, toilet paper and dish soap are included. The landscaped garden offers a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing or dining al fresco. A few cupboards in the house are reserved for the owners' personal belongings. Interaction with Guests: This property is managed by (hidden) Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests. A car is recommended to reach shops, restaurants and the city centre. The property is spread over two floors and accommodates families or groups with three bedrooms. The garden is shared with the owners' private area but your outdoor space is clearly delimited. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. The Neighborhood: Montrabe is a quiet, green suburb just east of Toulouse, offering a village atmosphere with all the advantages of city proximity. Local shops, a bakery and restaurants are within easy reach. The Caliceo aquatic centre, with its pools, spa and wellness facilities, is only a few minutes away by car. The nearby retail park at Balma-Gramont provides extensive shopping options. For culture and nightlife, central Toulouse with its Capitole square, museums and riverside dining is about fifteen minutes by car or metro. Getting Around: The Balma-Gramont metro station on line A is about ten minutes by car from the house, providing a direct connection to the centre of Toulouse in under fifteen minutes. Several bus routes serve Montrabe and connect to the metro network. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is roughly thirty minutes away by car. The property is well served by road, with easy access to the eastern ring road and the A68 motorway towards Albi. A car is recommended but not essential thanks to public transport links.
