It is located on a lower ground floor. Our guests are mostly international students who can appreciate excellent location, standard of this place and warmness. Location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various periodic public events like a foodies' picnic Targ Śniadaniowy ( Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Staying here you can enjoy convenient excellent public transport (metro, multiple buses and trams), and proximity to the centre, but still you can rest in this peaceful part of Upper Mokotów. We are only 4 minutes walk from Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk from tram stop in Puławska street (going to the centre or other parts of Warsaw), walking distance to the Mokotow office district (so called Mordor) and to Westfield Mokotow shopping mall . Excellent location, easy connection by public transport to all parts of Warsaw. The apartment is located in a building surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest. Kitchen is fully furnished - oven, microwave, cooker, basic kitchen utensils (pots, frying pans, cutlery, plates, glasses) etc. Weekly cleaning of shared parts is provided by a landlord, however please keep in mind that ss in all shared flats it is important that everybody cleans after yourself and respects others right to rest at home. If you don't have anything against cleaning and you are a quiet person, you will feel great in our building as all our tenants are nice and kind people, who like to be able to rest at home. We all like parties, but we all party outside, as Warsaw has so much to offer and so many places to have fun.
