Hallo! Ich suche ab sofort einen Untermieter in der Windmühlgasse für meine rund 140m2 großen Wohnung. Kaution sind drei Monatsmieten, und es gibt eine Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten. Fotos sind leider veraltet und scheiße fotografiert. Ich schwör es ist alles viel heller und schöner in echt haha! Auch das Zimmer wirkt in echt viel größer, als auf den Fotos! Momentan befinden sich nur die 3 Kästen im Zimmer Die Lage kann besser nicht sein, Billa, McDonald's, Vapiano, Starbucks, DM, Zara, H&M alles wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wohnung direkt neben der Mariahilferstraße (bessere Lage + Zimmeraufteilung wirst du nicht finden hehe) TOP WG Lage direkt im Herzen von Wien 😉 Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit mir und einem langjährigen Freund. Du solltest: 20 - 30 Jahre alt sein. Bevorzugt Nichtraucher sein. Wir hatten leider schon einige negative Erfahrungen mit früheren Mitbewohnern erleben müssen und haben demnach auch ein paar Vorstellungen und No - Gos. Aber keine Sorge wir haben keinen Putzplan, verpflichtende WG Aktionen oder "um-10-ist-Licht-aus" - Regeln 🤣 Ausserdem sind wir an einem langfristigen Untermieter interessiert - nicht nur für ein paar Monate. 😃! Im Apartement sind keine Gäste erlaubt! Julian und ich sind beide berufstätig und haben gerne unsere Ruhe zuhause! Generell suchen wir eine/n ordentliche/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die respektvoll mit uns und der Wohnung umgeht. Ob berufstätig oder voll im Studium, solange du deine Schmutzwäsche und deinen Müll nicht im Rest der Wohnung liegen lässt, kannst du in deinem Zimmer tun und lassen was du möchtest 😀 ---- Hello! I promise the apartment is much brighter and nicer in real life! The room also feels much bigger in person than it appears in the pictures. At the moment, there are only the three wardrobes in the room. But don’t worry — we don’t have a cleaning schedule, mandatory flat activities, or “lights out at 10 p.m.” rules 🤣 We’re also looking for a long-term subtenant — not just someone staying for a couple of months 😃 Guests are not allowed in this apartment! In general, we’re looking for a tidy and respectful roommate who treats both us and the apartment well. Whether you’re working or studying full-time doesn’t matter — as long as you don’t leave your laundry and trash lying around in the common areas, you’re free to do whatever you like in your own room 😀...
