This industrial, 60m2 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-located building in the heart of Madrid, and it comes with elevator access (given the historic nature of the building the entry way as well as the apartment layout does not facilitate wheelchair access). The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city center! This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging after a tiring day. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. If you wish to dine in, there's a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
