The apartment is located on a pedestrian street (no cars) and is well-connected, next to the L2 Ronda Sant Antoni metro station and a 10-minute walk from Las Ramblas in Barcelona. CONDITIONS - Minimum stay of 60 days - Minimum age 27 years - Utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) and extra cleaning fees are not included in the rent. HOUSE RULES - Please respect the neighbors' quiet hours, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. - Furniture is not allowed on the balcony. - Wet dishes may not be dried on the wooden kitchen countertop, but rather on the dish rack. - Maintaining the house requires cleaning and ventilating the rooms, especially the bathroom. - The use of abrasive products in drains or faucets is not permitted, nor is the use of bleach or whiteners on our clothes, nor exceeding a 4 kg load in the washing machine.
