It is extremely important to be careful with your keys. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from lost keys or locksmith calls. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid ID. - Guests are required by Italian law to follow waste collection and recycling regulations. Schedules vary from city to city, and guests can find written instructions at the property. - According to Italian law, guests are required to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. We will deny access if the online check-in form has not been completed or if the tourist tax has not been paid. - The condominium heating (centralized) operates according to a schedule, as required by Italian law, and cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. - The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for residential properties is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both centralized and independent heating. - Please do not use more than one appliance at a time.
