The underlying idea of CityLife is based on vast public spaces together with leisure areas: inside the new green area there are a park of 168.000 squared meters, a Museum of Contemporary Art, some areas of residential construction, three business towers, approximately 20.000 squared meters of areas intended for trade and services, a cycle-pedestrian path that connects CityLife on one side to the Sempione park and on the other to the artificial hills of the Portello area and from there to Monte Stella, the Purple metro M5, with a stop in the heart of the area – called Tre Torri- and two nearby. Adjacent to the CityLife area is the new Fiera Milano Congress Center. The metro stop (MM Domodossola) and the railway link that allows you to reach Piazzale Luigi Cadorna in less than 3 minutes is 400 meters from the apartment. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. I always rent from the first day the room is available. - ALL - INCLUSIVE Monthly rent: water, gas, electricity, wi-fi, condominium fee all included! - DEPOSIT that it will be given back to you at the end of your stay. - CONTRACT REGISTRATION (one time fee): depending on the room you are interested in.
