The apartment is in Trastevere near John Cabot University and AUR (American University of Rome). It is considered the heart of Rome with many restaurants, wineries, monuments, churches, and grocery stores. This add is majorly for John Cabot, AUR, UW Rome Center students (or students in other Colleges nearby the area). It is a big house (100 square meters) with two bedrooms and one big kitchen/leaving room. The min number of students is 3 and max number of students allowed are 4, two in each room.
