REQUIREMENTS - After booking and before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - €100 for electricity per month is an advance payment covering a consumption of 150 kWh per month. - At the end of the stay, the final energy consumption will be calculated, and any excess will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh 8. PRICING and PAYMENT -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice.
