A warm and inviting lobby will welcome you at the guest house's entrance, leading to the studios private entries. It is ideal for couples who wish to explore the delightful city of Porto or for business trips. Although in the vibrant Boavista area, the building is in a quiet "cul-de-sac". - Kitchenette An equipped kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge and nespresso coffee machine. - Dining and Seating Area A comfortable sofa and a dining table complete the space, for you to enjoy your meals or relax at the end of the day. - Bedroom Equipped with an inviting double bed, electric heating and TV. Also boasts a spacious wardrobe to ensure your belongings are neatly kept. - Bathroom A luxurious bathroom with shower. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the designated mail box. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys.
