Close to the flat there are a lot of Tram and Bus stops that connect the area with Brera, Duomo e Navigli. - PIAZZA DUOMO: 29 minutes (Tram n.12 / 14) - POLITECNICO (BOVISA): 26 minutes (Tram or Suburban Trains) - CITYLIFE: 16 minutes (Tram n.18+Walk) .- ARCO DELLA PACE: 13 minutes (Bus 58) Before the check-in you have to pay: - 1 month in advance - Security deposit: 3 months The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is refundable upon release of the rented accommodation without damage. - Administration fee 500,00 euro VAT 22% inlcuded The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the real estate agency that manages the flat.
