If you're looking for a peaceful and friendly place, this could be your new room. About the house and the room: The house is in a prime location in a green area in Hietzing with a quiet, green environment – perfect for relaxing or enjoying cozy moments outdoors. It's well connected by public transport. Tram, S-Bahn, and bus are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge in the living room, spacious storage for bikes, and a music or home office room. There's a separate toilet and bathroom, and of course, the garden. The room is still furnished, but the furniture (except for the chandelier) will be removed within the next two weeks. The room is on the first floor, quiet, spacious, full of light, and comes with a walk-in closet. It used to be a walk-through room, but it will be divided by a curtain or room partition. The bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and within 15 minutes you're at the U4 station Unter St. Veit. The tram gets you to Hietzing-Kennedybrücke in 15 minutes, and the S-Bahn takes you to the main train station in 20 minutes. Nearby, you'll find an organic market, and a variation of grocery stores. The Hietzing Hospital Campus is right next door, along with beautiful parks and the start of the Wienerwald, perfect for long jogging sessions. What I'm looking for in you: A respectful attitude towards each other is very important to me. It would be great if you're vegetarian or vegan, but it's not a requirement. Also, it's important to be understanding of the need for personal space and to follow a cleaning schedule. Important: There's also a cat living here. He spends a lot of time outside, even in the colder months, but you shouldn't be allergic to cat hair.
