The room is fitted with a single bed, a desk and large cabinet for your clothes and all your stuff. On the ground floor the kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with floor heating) and toilet are also situated. These facilities are shared with one other person who also has a room on the ground floor. Note, on the second and third floor, four studios are situated where four other persons live. Each of them have their own facilities in the studio, however they are allowed to use the facilities on the ground floor as well. On the second floor the washing machine and dryer are located. WIFI is also included. This room is for max. 1 person and registration is possible. RENTAL PRICE The rent is as following: Rent: EUR 600 Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150 Total rent: EUR 750 Deposit: one month rent (EUR 600) which should be paid upfront. Service charges include: utilities, internet (WIFI), monthly cleaning of shared spaces, building insurance, furniture and furnishings. This neighborhood is a buzzing student area With the main campus of Erasmus University located at the eastern border of the neighborhood, Kralingen is most popular with students. The area is gentrified and has both high and low-income families enjoying the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Students love this part of town, and with the city center only 15 minutes away by bike, tram or metro, accommodation prices aren’t too bad.
