Both are quiet neighborhoods in Seville and at the same time dynamic and full of life. A comfortable large double bed for a restful sleep. 2. A functional three-door wardrobe with enough space to organize all your belongings, guaranteeing an orderly environment. 3. A large desk where you can work, study and satisfy various needs. 4. Air conditioning (hot and cold), to be able to acclimatize the room to your taste and needs. 5. A 32” Smart TV to be able to enjoy your moments of leisure and rest. In addition, the rent, whose price is €370/month, includes all water and internet costs, so you will not have to worry about additional payments so you can enjoy a stay without complications or unpleasant surprises. The electricity costs that are included in the rent cover up to €25 per month for individual use of the room or up to €40 per month for use by a couple, so the excess of that amount in electricity consumption will be borne by the tenants in proportional parts. Couples interested in this room will have to pay an extra amount of €180/month for the additional person. The deposit will also be increased by €180. The cleaning of common areas is the joint responsibility of all tenants. The cleaning of the room is the sole responsibility of each tenant. An OPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE is offered for both common areas and your private room.
