For Anmeldung you need to have the retal agreement and the confirmation from me that you have moved into the flat. The security deposit payment 2000 euro needs to be done in advance. If you book with a short notice it has to be paid the latest on arrival before you get the keys. The rent is 1060 per month. The rent includes internet, central heating, gas ( up to 50 euro per month), electricity (up to 50 euro per month) When you make a booking request please note, that the ending of the rental contract is possible only by the end of the month.
