If you are already in Germany please inform where you live now, and provide a bank statemnt where i can see the rental payments and your income. Room with 2 single beds 90x200, dining table, sitting place for 2 people, Flat screen TV, little storage place extra, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped for living, bathroom with tub. There is only one room for living/sleeping. There is extra Kitchhen, extra entrance area ( Flur) and a bathroom with shower. The flat has central heating. Fully furnished and fully equiped kitchen for living, including towels and bedclothes. Security Deposit is 1800 euro to be paid at the beginning in addition to the rent is 1-months-rent, will be returned within 3 weeks after the rent is finished, when there is no damage. Smoking and pets is not allowed. you can take optional gas, electricity and internet on your contract so it will be cheaper if you use more sufficient.
