This apartment is not rented for tourist stays, but always and in any case for seasonal stays, with a seasonal contract regulated by the law "Ley 29/1994,de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos", and without the rented property being in any case the habitual residence of the tenant who rents it. Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious hall with a sideboard, mirror and wardrobe. To the left of the entrance door we have the first bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a work chair. Leaving the bedroom we return to the corridor, continuing along to the left we find a large open plan kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, with a high counter with stools where you can enjoy breakfast. Behind the next door in the corridor we find a full bathroom fitted with a shower. At the end of the corridor there is the living-dining room equipped with sofas, a Smart TV, a side table, a dining table with capacity for up to six people and a balcony with outdoor furniture. From the living room we access the other rooms of the apartment. On the left we find the second complete bathroom with shower and the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds with measurements 90 x 200cm, a chair and a wardrobe. Across this room there is the third bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by cafes, bars and some of the best restaurants in the city. In addition, it is well connected to the urban bus and metro transport network. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
