The room is fully equipped, offering privacy, convenience, and plenty of comfort, while still allowing you to enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere with other tenants. 💛 The monthly rent is completely all-inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about extra costs. It covers cleaning service, maintenance, utilities such as water, electricity and gas, as well as high-speed WiFi. The apartment features bright bedrooms with twin beds and lots of natural light, along with a cozy dining room with a TV where you can relax and socialize. You will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, making everyday living simple and convenient. Of course, the room comes with a private bathroom for your exclusive use, ensuring maximum comfort and independence. 🌞🚿 We work to create a warm, friendly and pleasant atmosphere, so you will feel comfortable and at home from the very first day. To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or proportional amount). Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
