To join our co-living community, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a refundable one-month deposit to secure your spot. Upon move-in, you’ll need to pay the first month’s rent or a prorated amount, depending on your start date. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
