Amenities and Common Areas : The room offers privacy with its lock, and you’ll have access to a study/work desk to help with your tasks. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other guests, fostering a communal, respectful environment. The building also offers an elevator for added convenience. While we won’t be on-site, we are always available to assist with any needs. We strive to maintain a cordial and calm atmosphere among guests, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Valencia. House Rules : ** No smoking or vaping allowed in the room or common areas. ** Pets, visitors in the room, or overnight stays are prohibited. ** For hygiene reasons, bed linen and pillows are not included. The apartment is well-suited for students or workers with verifiable income and payroll. The surrounding neighborhood is packed with amenities, including bars, restaurants, stores, and supermarkets, adding to the convenience of your stay. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
