We live as a couple in a modern and well-equipped three-room apartment. There is a small hallway for storing jackets and shoes. The hallway leads directly to the kitchen, which features all the essentials like a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and storage space, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, and an espresso machine for the best coffee in town. From the hallway, you can also access our largest room, the living and dining area. The living area has a large, cozy couch for relaxing and watching movies in the evening. Our smart TV gives us access to platforms like Netflix, Apple TV, and many others, and we have a great sound system (Sonos) for enjoying movies with Dolby Surround sound. You can also use the PS5 console after a quick consultation. Additionally, the living room has an armchair for reading a book. A small art corner is tucked behind the armchair. Our dining table has enough space for six people to enjoy a delicious meal. The balcony is right next to the living area, offering enough space to spend time outdoors. However, for a shared dinner, the space is better suited for 3-4 people. Another hallway leads to the bedroom, the study/guest room, and the bathroom. In the hallway, there is a built-in closet with plenty of space for jackets, shoes, bags, or suitcases. The bathroom has everything you need: a toilet, sink, and a shower-tub combo. So, after a cold winter day, you can take a nice hot bath, which is a luxury not always found in city apartments. The bedroom has a very comfortable box spring bed. Note that the mattress has two firmness levels. Since we have different body weights, one side is medium-firm, and the other side is slightly softer. If you’re a couple, you’ll find an agreement, and we can promise you’ll sleep just as well as at home. There is also a reading lamp for evening reading and a large wardrobe. The last room is a mix of a guest room and a study. There is a height-adjustable desk, perfect for working, and we have excellent Wi-Fi. This room also has a TV, which can be used with our Amazon Fire TV Stick, providing access to popular platforms like Netflix. The couch in this room can be easily converted into a bed, allowing two more people to sleep here comfortably. We also have exercise mats, balls, foam rollers, and other equipment for yoga or similar activities. There is an ironing board and iron available if needed. This location is a dream! You can experience so much here, living centrally with the best restaurants and the Elbe right at your doorstep, and there’s always something new to discover. Everything is within walking distance. Altona is one of the most vibrant and lively districts in Hamburg. The apartment is located on a side street parallel to Große Bergstraße, where you’ll find many supermarkets, cafes, boutiques, gyms, restaurants, a cinema, and even an IKEA. Other great places to visit are the districts of Ottensen, Schanzenviertel, and St. Pauli, all of which are within a 10-minute walk. The Elbe is perfect for an evening stroll, with several parks and a beautiful path along the river, offering the best sunsets in the city. From our apartment, you can reach the Königstraße S-Bahn station in just a few minutes, and from there it’s about 10 minutes to the main train station. The Altona train station is also about a 10-minute walk away; it’s an intercity station with many trains heading south. In conclusion, we love our home, adore our location, and look forward to welcoming many wonderful people! Seval & Mabo...
