The flat is close to the Soroksári office corridor and international universities. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining area, a modern heating system with its own meter, air conditioning, and even a balcony facing to the west. The building has an inner garden with a playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with a heater, and washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances, with a fridge, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a cozy and bright room with a double bed and a beautiful private balcony.
