Beautiful newly renovated two-room apartment near Milan central station. The apartment consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and TV. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bedroom with large wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The area is very quiet and central, served by all surface transport and the metro. **IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDITIONS ** For this apartment, the following rental conditions apply: 1) electricity is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, and internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only a passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also a VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay).
