For your entertainment, we have provided a Flat-Screen Smart TV • Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the dining area and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. • Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full-size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. • Master Bedroom (en-suite): This wonderful contemporary styled bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space. This bedroom has its own Flat-Screen Smart TV. • Master Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king sized bed (en-suite). Additional features flat-screen Smart TV • Bedroom 3 & 4: This kids bedroom features twin beds. Also you have to be at least 25 years old to book this home. Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property. Three of the best that we visit on a regular basis are the Florida Mall which has all the big department stores (Macy's, Dillards, JC Penny, Nordstorm) and some great sales at certain times of the year. Next is the Orlando Premium Outlets where everything is on sale all the time and you can get some amazing bargains but don't end up buying clothes just because they seem like a steal. Lastly is The Mall at Millenia which has all the high end brands like Tiffany & Co, Apple, Breitling, Coach, Rolex, Burberry, Cartier and many more so if you are looking to spend some serious money this is the place for you.
