It is available to rent for 1 mos minimum 4 months max coordinating with the school year. It is a very quiet building. English speaking artist, with one cat in the heart of the NICE port with all activities, and transportation immediately available. No extra charges. Electricity, 5 G wifi, linens, bedding, cleaning materials , cleaning lady 2 times per month included in the rent. Tram line 2 at front door, and buses to Menton, Monaco in front. All other buses on our corner. You have a private garden and church view from rented room. with a comfortable furnished terrace usable most of the year. I can speak some French but you must have good understanding of English. All linen, private TV, cable, wi fi, etc provided. Social rules will apply and you will be required to agree to keep them included with lease before room rental is finalized. They are common sense regarding cleaning, guests, and hours. Maturity required with experience cleaning your surroundings and caring for yourself in a sharing situation required. There is only ONE (1) room for rent, rest is shared. Room includes private TV, beautifully furnished including my art with dining table/desk. There is a Salon de douche and a separate private WC . You will sign a French mobility lease with a caution deposit. Depending on lease length you will not be required to buy additional insurance.
